I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of my dad's funeral arrangements so well, you helped in so many ways to make the day as easy as possible for us & made it very respectful for dad.
We both wanted to say a big "Thank You" to yourself and your colleagues for all you did for us and my late mother. The service went extremely well and everyone commented how lovely it was. We felt very cared for and supported by you and we are extremely grateful for that.
I just wanted to thank you for everything you all did today, everything ran so smoothly and your hard work made the whole situation that much easier for us.
Chris Byrom spent time running through all options available as though it was his pleasure to be able to help, he is such a nice chap.
Chris made all the contacts required and nothing was too much trouble for him to arrange.
On the day, he and his team were empathetic, professional and in a calm manner, in complete control ensuring a very dignified day.
The cost of all his hard work was far less than I would have originally anticipated, especially as there were no 'hidden extras' at the end.
The final invoice was as originally quoted.
I just wanted to drop you a personal note, to thank you so much for your kind and sincere attention towards myself, mum and sisters from the moment we left the house, to dropping us off at the Cedars. Your empathy and sincerity was greatly appreciated , and although I am sure you will probably think it was all in a days work, I can't tell you how much it was noticed and remarked on by the people around us.
Thank you so much for making a difficult day altogether easier.
On behalf of us all, thank you again for the professional way in which you conducted proceedings on Thursday and yesterday at the graveside. It was comforting to have you there and know that you were organising the events in the background - it did take the pressure off.
I would like to say a big thank you to you and your team for showing respect, compassion and decency before and during the service. Small things which you and your team did on the day made our very difficult day a little easier.
Thank-you for the sympathy, understanding and care you showed during the arrangements of my husbands funeral. We felt safe in your hands, which was quite a comfort.
Just a note to say a big thank you for all you done organising my husbands funeral. The care and attention you gave made a stressful time easier to bear.
